Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Sale, clearance, and final sale items are not eligible. You must email info@austin-olivia.com before sending anything back.

Return Shipping
All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Items must be sent back to the warehouse in Asia — a tracked shipping method is strongly recommended.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued once the returned item is received and approved. Processing takes up to 14 days. Delivery fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Discounted items cannot be refunded but may be exchanged for equal value.

Cancellations
Orders are processed immediately after placement. Cancellations are only possible within a very short window — once packed or dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

All orders ship from Asia. International transit delays may occasionally occur and are outside Austin & Olivia's control.
